According to JBL, the JBL Club Pro+ can stand up to 6 hours on a single charge with ANC enabled, and that’s not far off. With a constant output of around 75 dB, the JBL Club Pro Plus’s left headphones lasted 5 hours and 23 minutes. The good one lasted 5 hours and 53 minutes; some degree of difference between earbuds is to be expected. As that’s essentially the nature of how true wireless earbuds work. According to JBL, the headphones should last up to 8 hours with ANC turned off, and it wouldn’t be surprising if the headphones came close to that number. Anyway, nothing is imposing here.
JBL also claims that the charging case holds a sufficient charge for 18 hours of ANC audio and 24 hours of non-ANC audio. We have not seen anything to question that during the review period. It’s hard to get an idea of the case’s charging capacity, given how often one earbud or another fails to make the connection it needs to start charging. There’s a tiny more under-emphasis than we’d like to see with the upper-bass and midrange response, but otherwise, music of all genres should sound quite lovely coming out of these earbuds.
