The Story Of Vanessa Bryant

She was natural on May 5, 1982, in Los Angeles and grew up there.

Early in her music video modelling career, Vanessa appeared in music videos for many popular rappers, including rappers such as Snoop Dogg and Krazy Bones.

Around this time, she was hiring to work on one of Kobe Bryant’s music videos.

The young basketball star couldn’t take her eyes off Vanessa Laine and talk to her at every opportunity.

It didn’t take long for the young couple to fall completely in love with each other and they got engaged six months after they met.

The couple was incredibly young when they started dating, and Vanessa Bryant was in high school then.

Marriage And Family

As a teenager, Vanessa Bryant saw Kobe Bryant pursuing a side job in music at the time while filming a music video for hip-hop group Tha Eastsidaz as a backup dancer. Soon after, he sent a rose to Marina High School, where she studied and picked up after school. They married on April 18, 2001. On her 18th birthday, the two announced their engagement.

Kobe’s parents, siblings, other immediate family members and even his Lakers teammates were not present at the event. His father and previous NBA star Joe “Jellybean” Bryant later admitted in an interview that he didn’t approve of his son’s choice of bride. Kobe later revealed it was because she was Latino. In January 2003, the birth of Vanessa and Kobe’s first daughter, Natalia Diamante, healed some of those wounds.

After marrying Kobe Bryant, Vanessa Bryant’s personality evolved. Previously, she was a perfectly protected person. After Kobe announced their engagement, Kobe was initially overwhelmed by the TV news crew at their doorstep and the helicopters flying over the school. She dropped out of school to avoid getting caught up in the media hype and earned a degree independently. But later, it became a completely different story. She embodied the ideal sports celebrity wife. She went to games and social events with her husband.

Vanessa Bryant welcomed her second child, Giana Maria-Onore, in 2006. On December 16, 2011, she trailed for divorce, alleging irreconcilable differences. The couple is fighting for shared custody of their two kids. However, on January 11, 2013, they announced on social media (she is on Instagram, and he is on Facebook) that they had called off the divorce proceedings. In 2016, their third daughter, Bianca Bella, was born.

Laine reportedly sued her daughter for $5 million in December 2020, alleging she worked for many years as an unpaid “personal assistant and long-term nanny” for Vanessa and her daughter.

Laine accused Vanessa of effective her to “get out of the family” in the months following Vanessa’s expiry in January 2020.
